Opening:
Legends proclaim extraordinary, supernatural or miraculous events. They tell stories in which ghosts, witches and devils appear or they deal with historical events and figures. Legends can be found in all regions of Switzerland, but Central Switzerland is particularly rich in legends. The exhibition focuses on well-known legends such as William Tell, the Devil's Bridge, the Black Spider, the Pilatus Dragon, the Blüemlisalp, the Sennentuntschi and the Toggeli.
