Sabine Hertig has for years pursued an excessive approach to all information media. For Hertig, the collage is not just an instrument of media technology but also a tool for clear thinking about a world that has itself become a montage of information. Sabine Hertig studied art and arts education at the Hochschule für Gestaltung und Kunst in Basel. She has been represented by the Galerie STAMPA in Basel since 2013 and by the Galerie C since 2022. In 2018 she published her first full-length monograph: Sabine Hertig Scrap. In 2022, the second monograph "L'Espace des fragments" was published by Actes Sud in collaboration with the Fondation Alfred Latour.
